    The room was spacious and huge with climate control, a private safe, and multi-channel television.

    Marvellous location as only 5 minutes to Eilat Promenade. Incredible breakfast - good choice of meals.

    This spot has a great location with convenient parking close by, situated in a beautiful area not too far from the city center and the beach, right in the heart of the hotel district.

    The facility and location are very convenient for families who enjoy swimming both in the spacious multiple pools in the hotel and talking walks in the heart of the city. Also, the serene atmosphere and the complete separation between the private and the public areas.

    When booking, we did not have the option to add meals such as breakfast. When we asked about meals upon arrival, they told us we could charge the meals we take to our room number. We were surprised to be told that the restaurant for dinner had to be booked in advance on a Friday night. The hostess was quite rude and inhospitable and would not communicate with us in English. When we complained the next morning, the same hostess refused to explain her actions in English and only spoke to the manager in Hebrew. She demanded that we fill out the payment voucher in Hebrew and not in English. Obviously we could not comply. We had not received an explanation or an apology for such behavior from the management.

    1) plenty of parking with no charge 2) clean room fairly modern and nicely appointed 3) option of dining in hotel or walking across the street where more options are available along the waterfront 4) extremely quiet room surprising in that the hotel was quite busy 5) wonderful balcony to sit out on in the morning or evening

    the person at the attractions desk was not helpful as we had tried to contact her about arranging some side trips before our arrival and while there. i would advise to avoid the hotel attractions desk and seek another option via internet.

    The outdoor pool and spa close at 7 P.M. which was not expected at a resort location. Used hotel as starting point for tour of Petra, Jordan but was unable to relax at pool after long day in desert.

    The suite we stayed in was pretty roomy and it fitted our needs

    The service was horrible! staff is unfriendly and very rude at times. Information is missleading and incorrect most of the times.

    Very nice accommodations, 2 separate bedrooms and baths with a nice living room and a little kitchen between them, terrace with a nice view...Travel consultant at the lobby was wonderful - she helped us to find a right spot and activities for only one full day we had in Eilat. Good pool with a good service, food we ordered for lunch was fresh and delicious.

    Somehow I thought hotel has it's own private beach - not. It's 5 minute walk to the beach, but you have to pay for the chairs... On Tuesday we asked front desk clerk to help us with the bus tickets reservations for the Dead sea for Thursday, she told us that it wouldn't be necessary, we'll get tickets at the station - which proved to be wrong and we ended paying $$$ for taxi ride there.

    We enjoyed our romantic escape at this hotel. The pool area was peaceful, and the scenery of the surrounding mountains was breathtaking. The rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. It was also great to have access to a nearby beach with plenty of water activities.

    The food selection could have been better, and some options were quite expensive. there was no spa on-site, which was a bit disappointing for a romantic getaway.
